Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
* Support employee onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities.
* Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
* Assist in attendance tracking and leave record maintenance.
* Draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documents.
* Support employee engagement activities and internal events.




* Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms.
* Coordinate with different departments for recruitment and HR-related requirements.
* Help maintain HR reports, trackers, and recruitment data.
* Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of Human Resource Management concepts.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources.
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
