Role Description The FRONT DESK GSA / SR GSA is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant front office experience. Daily tasks include handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, managing phone calls, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and upholding Paciano’s service standards in every interaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manabari Tea Garden, Siliguri,



requiring a skilled presence at the front desk at all times.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess solid Receptionist Duties experience, including handling front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette for managing inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for using reservation systems, email, and standard office software.
Previous experience in front office or guest services within hospitality is highly preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a polished and professional appearance.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
