Role Description The Quality Assurance Test Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This role is responsible for leading QA planning and execution across projects, including designing test strategies,



creating test plans and test cases, and overseeing manual and automated testing activities. The Test Lead collaborates closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing defect tracking, coordinating regression and integration testing, reviewing test results, and reporting quality metrics and risks to stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring QA team members, promoting best practices in testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality processes aligned with Yexle’s “innovation driven, quality assured” culture.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including experience defining and implementing test processes and standards.
