JOB DESCRIPTION:
Core Operations:
Assist clients with their transactions – online & physical documentation.
Ensuring all transactions are reported in the software and portfolios are accurate.
Co-ordinating with RTA for investment feed files.
Keeping a track of the renewals of software & business licenses.

2. Compliance:
Facilitate client onboarding while ensuring documentation as per the regulatory requirements.




Periodic review of client KYC & risk profile as per regulatory requirements.
Provide external/SEBI auditor with the necessary information as and when required.
Ensure annual audit report submission to SEBI & required information is provided from time to time.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance/Management with AMFI Certification V-A or Financial Planning, OR
Post-Graduate in Finance.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Excellent analytical & communication skills – written & verbal.
Solid understanding of processes/timelines involved in execution on various investment products.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Portfolio reporting software.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to identify process improvement areas.

REMUNERATION: basis last drawn salary
EXPERIENCE: min. 1 year in Banking & Financial services
WORKING HOURS: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (Monday – Friday)
