Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for IT Software category—including enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, end-user devices, data center/network, and maintenance & support—partnering with IT,



Security, Finance and Legal.
Drive standardization, license optimization and TCO reduction while safeguarding compliance, security and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop category strategies covering license models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS), cloud consumption (IaaS/PaaS), hardware lifecycle and services.
Lead RFx, vendor evaluations and competitive events; build commercial scenarios and negotiate enterprise agreements, true-ups, renewals and support SLAs.
Negotiate terms for EULAs, DPAs, data residency, audit rights, cybersecurity/privacy, and service availability with Legal and InfoSec.
Partner with ITAM/SAM to optimize licenses and reduce shelfware, drive demand management and asset lifecycle planning.
Manage supplier performance (OEMs, resellers, MSPs) through KPIs, QBRs and continuous improvement roadmaps.
Maintain accurate contract repository and forecasting; leverage
