The Restaurant Manager at Minimalist , Varanasi will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day F&B; operations and ensuring a consistently high-quality dining experience that reflects Minimalist’s design-led, community-focused ethos.
The role involves managing the restaurant team, maintaining service and operational standards, coordinating closely with the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal SOPs. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for monitoring guest feedback, resolving service-related concerns, and driving initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue.
A key part of the role will be hiring, training, mentoring, and developing the F&B; team, while maintaining strong team culture and accountability. The position will also oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, basic cost control, and support for events, community activities, and special experiences hosted at Minimalist VNS.
The Restaurant Manager will work closely with hotel leadership to align restaurant operations, offerings,



and guest experiences with Minimalist’s overall brand positioning and business objectives.
