SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and working knowledge of cross-functional business processes across MM and SD. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling business requirements, supporting and troubleshooting SAP Finance processes, understanding integration scenarios with third-party applications, and acting as a functional bridge between business users, management and technical teams. The candidate should have a good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FI-MM integration, interface reconciliation and SAP PI/PO-based third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
· Gather and analyze business requirements from end users and stakeholders.
· Act as a functional point of contact between business users, management and technical teams.
· Support and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related business and system issues.
· Analyze financial postings and integration issues between FI and MM.




· Support Procure-to-Pay and related finance processes.
· Understand and support Order-to-Cash integration scenarios.
· Perform reconciliation and root-cause analysis for interface and transaction issues.
· Identify failed transactions and coordinate correction and reprocessing.
· Analyze master data, configuration, validation, tax and account determination-related issues.
· Support third-party integration discussions involving SAP PI/PO.
· Understand source systems, target systems, message formats, field mappings and interface flows.
· Work with technical and integration teams to resolve interface-related issues.
· Support month-end activities and financial reconciliation.
· Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and management.
· Take ownership of functional issues and drive them through to resolution.

Mandatory Skills
· Solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Rec
