? Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in NPA Recovery / NPA Collection

Prior experience in Microfinance (MFI) loan collection and recovery

Experience in team handling and managing field collection teams

Strong understanding of overdue, delinquent and NPA portfolios

Proven ability to achieve collection and recovery targets

Positive leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to work extensively in the field and handle critical recovery cases

? Key Responsibilities

Manage NPA recovery and collection for the assigned area

Lead, guide and monitor the collection team

Drive team performance and achieve monthly recovery targets

Handle critical and high-risk delinquent accounts

Conduct regular field visits and support the team in difficult cases

Monitor portfolio quality and minimize NPA levels

Prepare and maintain collection MIS and performance reports

Ensure compliance with company collection policies and processes
