About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting our software/IT solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through online research, cold calling, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their business and software requirements.
Explain and present our software, web, mobile app, and IT solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct product/service demonstrations and client meetings.




Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
Track sales activities, pipeline, follow-ups, and closures.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
