We are looking for an experienced Oracle OPAL Functional Consultant to join a long-term Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) implementation project. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams across India and the US to support the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.

Responisbilities:
Work on the implementation and configuration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL).
Conduct discovery sessions and participate in design workshops with business stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and map them to standard Oracle OPAL functionality.
Configure OPAL record types and related permitting and licensing processes.
Support business processes including:
Building Permits
Planning & Zoning
Code Enforcement
Business Licensing
Public Works
Fire
Right-of-Way
Prepare configuration workbooks, user stories, and project documentation.
Participate in sprint planning, solution validation, and prototype demonstrations.
Support end-to-end testing,



UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Work closely with technical and integration teams to resolve functional issues.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and production stabilization.
Collaborate effectively with offshore and US-based teams.

Skills:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL).
Experience working on Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
Strong understanding of permitting, licensing, inspections, or public-sector business processes.
Experience conducting workshops and working directly with business users.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience across the complete Oracle implementation lifecycle.
Experience with Oracle True Cloud Method+ (TCM+) is preferred.
