About the Role
Maxemo Capital is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (DST) to drive sourcing of large-ticket business finance opportunities. The ideal candidate should have robust market relationships and a proven track record in sourcing and closing secured and unsecured business lending deals.

Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new business through the Direct Sales Team (DST) channel.
Generate high-value business opportunities with a ticket size of ₹40 Lakhs and above.
Promote and sell the following financial products:
Unsecured Business Loans
Supply Chain Finance
Working Capital Finance
SID (Sales Invoice Discounting)
PID (Purchase Invoice Discounting)
Invoice Discounting




Build and maintain relationships with MSMEs, corporates, channel partners, and business owners.
Identify customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Coordinate with internal Credit, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular MIS updates.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in DST sales within an NBFC, Bank, or Fintech.
Hands-on experience in sourcing large-ticket business loans (₹40 Lakhs+).
Strong understanding of Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, SID, PID, and Invoice Discounting.
