As we scale our quick-commerce footprint, we are looking for a nimble, data-driven Quick Commerce Manager to bring our products to customers' doorsteps within minutes.

Role Overview
As the Quick Commerce Manager at Vama, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations, growth, and listing performance across major Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket BB Now, etc.). You will work closely with supply chain, marketing, and vendor partners to ensure maximum product availability, optimized search visibility, and seamless order fulfillment during peak festive seasons and everyday demand.




Key Responsibilities

Platform Growth & Account Management:
Own day-to-day operations and account management on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
Optimize product listings, A+ content, keywords, and search rankings to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
Inventory & Dark Store Availability:
Track stock availability across micro-warehouses / dark stores to prevent stockouts, especially ahead of major festivals and auspicious dates.
Coordinate with internal supply chain and logistics teams for timely replenishment and dark-store mapping.
Campaign Execution & Merchandising:
Plan, execute, and evaluate banner placements, sponsored ads, and seasonal promotions (e.g., Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Sawan).
Monitor competitor pricing, product bundling, and category trends within the quick commerce ecosystem.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor daily KPIs including sales vol
