Role Description This is a full-time, on-site tally operator role based in Kota. The tally operator will be responsible for recording and updating financial transactions in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. The role includes preparing basic accounting reports, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts,



and assisting with GST and other statutory entries as required. The tally operator will coordinate with the accounts and operations teams to ensure accurate billing for tours, travel bookings, and corporate clients, and will help maintain organized documentation for audits and internal review. The role also involves monitoring outstanding payments, supporting monthly closing activities, and responding to finance-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Tally ERP and basic accounting principles, including ledger posting, voucher entry, and reconciliation.
Ability to work accurately with financial data, maintain organized records, and prepare simple financial and MIS reports.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and other common financial and compliance documentation used in travel or service-based businesses.
Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word, wit
