Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bharatpur. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored life insurance and retirement solutions that match their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting customers and prospects,



assessing their insurance needs, explaining product features and advantages, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process. The role also involves coordinating with bank branches and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolving customer queries, and supporting policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities. The Relationship Manager is expected to achieve assigned sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, needs analysis, and closing insurance and financial solutions.
