Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Building Consultant at Puzzling Mind Strategies. The Building Consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth building inspections, project planning, and providing expert construction. The role also involves equipment and content appraisal, fund analysis, and structural inspections.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (MBA preferred)⁣
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documents⁣
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD; MS-Projects and Primavera P6 preferred
