About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures. Experience in building cloud-native applications and working with messaging platforms such as Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ will be highly valued.
The candidate will work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers to deliver reliable and business-critical backend solutions, particularly for banking, payments, and event-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.




Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices following industry-standard design principles.
Build event-driven microservices using Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
Develop gRPC-based services and implement efficient service-to-service communication where required.
Implement microservices using principles of scalability, fault tolerance, resilience, and maintainability.
Develop batch programs and backend workflows for critical business processes.
Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
Design and implement efficient database access, replication, synchronization, and data management strategies.
Work with PostgreSQL, SQL databases, and NoSQL databases.
Implement caching strategies using Redis, Aerospike, or similar technologies to improve application performance.
Develop secure APIs using JWT, API Gateway, authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.
