Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Field Sales role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain solid relationships with realtors and real estate partners, promoting Square Connect’s offerings and ensuring consistent engagement with the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting and onboarding new partners,



conducting product demonstrations, supporting realtors in using the app effectively, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and user growth. The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering feedback from the field, coordinating with internal teams to resolve partner issues, and meeting sales and activity targets through regular field visits and networking. The Relationship Manager is expected to represent Square Connect professionally in all external interactions and contribute to the overall expansion of the realtor network.
Qualifications

Strong relationship-building, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and retain partners.
Proven field sales, business development, and negotiation abilities, ideally within real estate, technology, or related industries.
