We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us build and scale our growth engine from the ground up.
About The Role
This is not a role where you’ll simply be handed a campaign calendar and asked to execute it.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build Kalpi’s acquisition and growth engine, experiment across channels, and directly see the impact of your work on the business.
You’ll own how the right people discover, try, and ultimately use Kalpi.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Own campaign performance across the funnel, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and user acquisition
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and campaign strategies
• Build targeted acquisition campaigns for retail investors and financial professionals
• Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify what’s working and where users are dropping off
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, content, and sales teams
• Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, activation, and growth
• Build and run growth experiments from idea → execution → measurement → optimization
• Use data and experimentation to make decisions and scale successful initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition
• Proven experience independently running and optimizing paid campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and attribut
