JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive store revenue.
- Follow up on leads from Instagram, website, and other inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle billing, payment collection and coordinate with inventory team.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand display standards.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.




- Update daily sales reports and customer data in CRM.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- 1-3 years of experience in Jewellery / Luxury Retail / High-Ticket Retail Sales.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills - English & Hindi preferred.
- Presentable personality with excellent grooming and customer handling skills.
- Target-driven, energetic and willing to work on weekends/festivals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software & CRM.
- Ability to build trust and close high-value sales.

QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Certification in Gemology / Jewellery Design / Retail Management is a plus.
