Job description:

Role Summary:

The Supply Manager – Franchise is responsible for program managing a pool of franchise partners (both exclusive and non-exclusive) across their lifecycle — onboarding, ongoing management, retention, payout reconciliation, and compliance — while also designing and driving incentive programs to maximize franchise performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Onboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners, both exclusive and non-exclusive.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, agreements, and system setup for current franchisees.
Facilitate induction/training to align franchisees with business processes and standards.
Ongoing Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned pool of franchise partners.
Monitor franchise performance, service quality, and adherence to brand/operational standards.
Conduct regular business reviews and site visits (as applicable) to track health of operations.
Retention
Build strong relationships with franchise partners to drive long-term retention.




Identify at-risk franchisees and implement proactive retention measures.
Gather and act on franchisee feedback to continuously improve the partnership experience.
Payout Reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely payout processing and reconciliation for all franchise partners.
Resolve payout- and billing-related discrepancies in coordination with finance.
Maintain transparent records of settlements, dues, and incentive payouts.
Compliance
Ensure franchise operations comply with company policies, agreements, and applicable regulations.
Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks across the franchise network.
Track and resolve compliance breaches, escalating critical issues where required.
Incentivizing Franchise Partners
Design, communicate, and drive periodic incentive/reward programs to motivate franchise performance.
Track incentive scheme effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.
