Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Alappuzha. This role involves welcoming guests,



managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay experience. The associate responds to guest inquiries, handles reservations and bookings, provides information on hotel services and local attractions, and coordinates with other hotel departments to meet guest needs. Daily responsibilities also include managing guest feedback, addressing service issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records in hotel systems. The role requires a skilled, courteous presence at all times, upholding CGH Earth’s standards of responsible hospitality and personalized service.
Qualifications
Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a commitment to creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
Proven Customer Service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing attentive support.
