Key Responsibilities

Transfer of Shares

Manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Partners’ Books Maintenance

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed.

Financial Reporting

Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.




Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration

Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Provide support for finance-related projects as required, including process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners’ books maintenance.
Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
