Power Automate Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and integration with external systems and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Build cloud flows, scheduled flows, instant flows, and approval workflows.
Develop business applications using Power Apps where required.
Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
Develop reusable and scalable automation solutions based on business requirements.
Configure connectors, expressions, variables, conditions, loops, and error-handling mechanisms.
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Automate workflows.




Implement appropriate security, permissions, governance, and environment strategies.
Create technical documentation, workflow specifications, and support documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, administrators, and other technical teams.
Support deployment of solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
Monitor automation performance and resolve failures and production issues.
Follow Power Platform best practices and organizational governance standards.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse.
Valuable knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, HTTP actions, and custom connectors.
Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
Strong understanding of JSON, XML, expressions, and data transformation.
