JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Team Leader will work in close partnership with district- and block-level government officials to strengthen the implementation of development initiatives.

The role will integrate KRSF’s proven processes directly into public systems by helping government teams to put them into practice and monitor their implementation. The role will also track program progress and drive the scale-up of successful initiatives across the district.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Monitor program implementation and outcomes across the district.
▪ Support government officials in reviewing progress and addressing implementation challenges.
▪ Use data and field insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
▪ Identify practices that are delivering results and support government teams to scale them up.
▪ Build solid working relationships with the concerned district departments and other government stakeholders.
▪ Work across departments so that schemes and resources support each other.
▪ Organize training and review meetings to strengthen the capacity of government teams.
