Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Medical Tele Caller and Reception staff member based in Hyderabad. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing patient calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing basic information about services,



and maintaining accurate records in the clinic or hospital management system. The team member will greet visitors, manage front desk operations, coordinate patient flow between reception and consultation rooms, and assist with billing or registration processes as needed. Daily responsibilities also include managing call logs, responding to queries professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate medical or administrative staff, and ensuring a courteous, patient-centric experience at all touchpoints. The position requires close collaboration with medical and administrative teams while maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to healthcare protocols.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly approach.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with appointment scheduling or hospital/clinic management software.
