Ctrl Plus Z is looking for a WordPress Website Developer who can independently build, manage and optimize skilled websites for multiple client brands.
? Location: Arcadia, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West
? Work Mode: On-site
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
? Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years
? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 per month
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Designing and developing responsive WordPress websites
Creating websites using Elementor / Elementor Pro
Customizing WordPress themes and plugins
Building landing pages and lead-generation pages
Converting Figma/design references into functional web pages
Managing website layouts, navigation, forms and integrations
Fixing WordPress bugs and frontend issues
Website speed and performance optimization
Basic SEO implementation and website structure optimization
Mobile and tablet responsiveness
Website backups, migrations and maintenance
Domain, hosting and SSL configuration
Managing multiple client websites simultaneously
What We’re Looking For




Minimum 2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience — mandatory
Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
Good understanding of HTML and CSS
Basic working knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with responsive website development
Ability to customize existing themes rather than depending entirely on templates
Understanding of plugins, forms and third-party integrations
Familiarity with WooCommerce will be an advantage
Understanding of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL and website migration
Basic knowledge of website speed optimization
Strong attention to design accuracy and detail
Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines in an agency environment
Bonus If You Have
Experience with WooCommerce websites
Basic PHP knowledge
Figma-to-WordPress development experience
Knowledge of technical/on-page SEO
Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency
