JOB SUMMARY
· Dynamic customer-focused Helpdesk Executive responsible for customer support, lead generation, service coordination, and client engagement. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, sales orientation, and willingness to visit client locations, events,



and concerts whenever required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and helpdesk systems.
· Ensure timely resolution and closure of issues while maintaining service quality.
· Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution and operational support.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and follow-ups.
· Build robust customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
· Generate referrals and identify sales opportunities from existing customers.
· Use convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills to support lead conversion.
· Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and customer requests simultaneously.
· Visit client locations, events, concerts, site activations, and promotional programs when required.
· Support cross-functional projects and additional operational activities.
