Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Design accessible interfaces that align with usability standards and inclusive design principles.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine product requirements into effective user experiences.
Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across product screens and journeys.
Experience Required:




7 to 12 years of experience in UX, UX Research, and UX Design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma for interaction design and prototyping.
Experience designing accessible digital products and applying accessibility design principles.
Ability to translate research findings into scalable product design decisions.
Positive to Have:
Experience with analytics and data-informed design decisions.
Exposure to design systems and component-based design workflows.
Education:
Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
