About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and basic social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Write engaging captions, post copy, hashtags, and creative content ideas.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create social media creatives.
Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other content formats.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Identify trending topics, sounds, formats,



and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports with key metrics and insights.
Suggest new ideas to improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
Assist with social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing objectives.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong content writing and communication skills.
Good knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
Ability to create engaging content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
