Role Description The Front Office Specialist is responsible for managing daily front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This full time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore and involves greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, and coordinating visitor check-ins. The role includes scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate records of visits and inquiries, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as handling mail and preparing front office documents.



The Front Office Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, deliver a professional and welcoming experience, and uphold Nexoplus’s service standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties.
Candidates should demonstrate professional Phone Etiquette and effective Appointment Scheduling skills.
Candidates should have clear, confident Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) and familiarity with front desk procedures is beneficial.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
