Role Description The Tele Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers, introducing TPIPAY’s digital payment solutions, and explaining product features and benefits clearly. The Tele Sales Executive will qualify leads, maintain call and lead records in the sales system,



and follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound queries, addressing basic customer questions, coordinating with the sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding, and meeting assigned sales targets. The role also requires adhering to company scripts and compliance guidelines, while contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and conversational skills for effective phone-based selling.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client connections.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing.
Comfort with using CRM or call management tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
