Role Description
The Manager – Business Analytics will be responsible for converting hospital data into meaningful business insights to improve profitability, operational efficiency, patient experience, and decision-making. The role requires a highly analytical qualified capable of working with clinical, operational, financial, and marketing data to support senior management in achieving strategic objectives.





The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, healthcare business understanding, financial acumen, and excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and hospital information systems (HIS).

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual MIS reports.
Analyze hospital revenue, profitability and departmental performance.
Monitor key business indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards for senior management.
Analyze trends across OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and Corporate Business.
Financial & Revenue Analytics
Analyze doctor-wise profitability.
Monitor department-wise contribution margins.
Prepare revenue variance analysis.
Evaluate package profitability.
Identify revenue leakage and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct break-even and cost-benefit analysis.
Operational Analytics
Track Bed Occupancy Rate
