Graphic Designer | Brand, Social Media, Motion & AI
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong design sense, creative judgement and curiosity.
We work with brands across different industries, so we need someone who can understand a brand, research its space and build a visual direction that actually fits it.
You should be able to:
Understand the visual language of each brand and decide the right fonts, colours, layouts and overall design direction
Research the brand, audience, competitors and references before starting the creative
Bring your own ideas, design judgement and creative thinking instead of depending only on the brief
Create solid social media creatives, ads, carousels and campaigns, while adapting your style across different industries
For video, you should also be comfortable with:
Reels and short-form video
Motion graphics
After Effects / Premiere Pro or similar tools
AI image and video generation
Tools such as ChatGPT, GrokAI or similar
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and AI tools should be part of your working toolkit.
Canva is fine. Template-first thinking is not.
We’ll give you the brief, brand context and feedback. We’re looking for someone who can take it from there and bring their own creative judgement to the work.

Read all the briefs carefully. You can take screenshots or save the information for reference if needed.
2. Fill in the short application form.
We’ve included a few questions so we can understand your experience, design thinking and working style.
3. Complete the assignment within 48 hours.
Upload your final work to Google Drive and make sure the link has “Anyone with the link can view” access.
