This role will be responsible for strategic campaign planning, campaign forecasting, budget planning and allocation, channel strategy, performance optimization, and driving measurable business outcomes across international markets. This role will lead the planning and execution of performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels, using data and market insights to drive quality lead generation, conversion, brand visibility, and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the global performance marketing strategy across search, social, display, and other digital channels, aligned with business objectives.
Plan and forecast digital marketing investments, including annual/quarterly budgets, channel allocation, campaign targets, and expected ROI.
Set campaign priorities, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across markets and continuously optimize the overall digital marketing mix.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Senior Performance Marketing Executive for campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day performance management.




Partner with business and regional teams to translate business priorities into effective digital marketing plans and campaigns.
Oversee SEO, SEM, paid social, website, landing pages, GMB, and third-party digital partnerships, ensuring they contribute to lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion.
Review campaign performance and marketing analytics, identify trends and opportunities, and drive corrective actions to improve ROAS and overall marketing effectiveness.
Lead CRO, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization initiatives to improve digital conversion rates.
Drive competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and refine market and channel strategies.
Oversee Martech, analytics, and measurement frameworks to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
