Key Responsibilities

​Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
​Revenue & P&L; Responsibility: Drive top-line growth, profitability, and market expansion across all sales channels (OEMs, Channel Partners, Direct B2B).
​Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team across multiple regions.
​Key Account & OEM Management: Oversee major institutional accounts, EPC contractors, high-value contracts, and key partner relationships.
​Brand Positioning: Direct product positioning, brand building, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
​Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare annual
