ROLE OVERVIEW
Roswalt Realty is looking for a highly energetic, aggressive and target-oriented Relationship Manager — Corporate Sales & Activations who can develop corporate relationships, execute market activations and generate qualified business opportunities for our Smart Homes segment.
The role requires a strong on-ground professional who is comfortable with corporate tie-ups, field activations, Channel Partner engagement, vendor coordination and extensive market movement. The right person is commercially sharp, hungry for sales, and equally at ease inside a corporate HR room or at a weekday activation on the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop corporate tie-ups with companies, institutions, business groups and other organisations.
Build solid relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, Facility, CXO and other corporate decision-makers.
Plan and execute corporate presentations, employee engagement programs, property showcases and promotional activities.
Conduct market activations with clear lead-generation and sales targets.




Identify new opportunities for activations at corporate parks, commercial locations, events and other relevant catchments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external activation partners; negotiate commercials and ensure cost-effective execution.
Conduct and support Channel Partner activations, CP meets and broker engagement initiatives.
Generate qualified leads through corporate tie-ups, market activations, vendors and Channel Partners.
Coordinate closely with the sales and closing teams for conversion of generated leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with corporate contacts, vendors, CPs and prospective customers.
Track activation performance, leads generated, conversions and ROI; share periodic reports with management.
Explore new markets and business opportunities through continuous field movement.
Travel locally as well as domestically and outstation whenever business requirements demand.
