Bid Manager/Presales – Telecom
Experience: 3–5 years in presales/bid management with hands-on RFP/RFI ownership for Telecom deals.

Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end RFx (RFP/RFI/RFQ) response lifecycle for Telecom opportunities—drive planning, solution storytelling, compliance, and timely submission. Act as the central coordinator across Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to maximize win rates.

Key Responsibilities
Lead bid planning, storyboarding, win themes, and review gates; ensure compliant, on-time submissions.




Coordinate virtual bid team across Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Marketing.
Translate telecom requirements (SIP/VoIP, SS7, SBCs, PBX/softswitch, CTI/ACD, IVR) into persuasive solution narratives.
Manage client Q&A;, defense/orals; maintain bid tracker and governance artifacts.
Collaborate on pricing/TCO, risks/assumptions; define scope and deliverables.
Build and maintain reusable Telecom bid assets (templates, boilerplate, case studies).

Must-Have
Graduate or PG, preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with 3–5 years’ experience in Pre-sales for IT products and services with bid management processes.
Prior experience in end-to-end bidding transactions & presales involving international markets and capable of RFI/RFQ/RFP closure as an individual contributor.
Candidates on key success factors in bidding, handling bids with A-rated companies for regions like North America, LATAM will be the ideal match.
