Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) – Building Materials – Doors Manufacturing is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role oversees sales operations for doors and related building materials across the assigned zone, including developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue and margin targets, and expanding the dealer, distributor,



and project network. Day-to-day activities include visiting trade partners and project sites, managing key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and coordinating closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The ZSM will forecast demand, support pricing and promotions, train and guide the field sales team, and prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications
