Role Description The SAP Security GRC Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP security roles and profiles, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management), performing risk analysis, and conducting user access reviews and remediation activities.



The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to define security requirements, support audits, and implement controls to mitigate risks across SAP landscapes. The consultant will also prepare documentation, provide user training on security and GRC processes, and support incident resolution and change management activities. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
Strong SAP Security skills, including role design, authorization concepts, and user administration across SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM) and related configuration, workflow, and risk analysis.
Knowledge of IT general controls, compliance frameworks (such as SOX), and audit requirements related to SAP environments.
Ability to analyze security issues, troubleshoot authorization errors, and implement effective remediation strategies.
