We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager – Sales to drive enterprise business growth across Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT SaaS, CCaaS, Cloud SaaS, Enterprise Sales, Contact Centre Solutions, or Customer Experience (CX) technology sales. The role requires a consultative sales professional capable of managing the complete enterprise sales cycle and engaging with senior business and technology decision-makers.Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and strategic lead generation.
Build and manage relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT,



Customer Experience, Operations, and Contact Centre leaders.
Drive the complete B2B enterprise sales cycle, including:
Lead generation
Opportunity qualification
Solution presentations and product demonstrations
Proposal creation
Commercial negotiations
Deal closure
Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable Contact Centre, Cloud Communication, SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, and Customer Engagement solutions.
Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, channel partners, alliances, and technology partners.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates through CRM tools.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
