The Qwerty Ink is a growing corporate gifting, branding, printing and promotional solutions company working with businesses across India.
We help companies create customized corporate gifting, branded merchandise, employee engagement kits, printing and promotional solutions.
We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive who wants to build a career in B2B corporate sales.
About the Role
This is an entry-level B2B business development role for professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
You will work with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, understand client requirements and help convert those opportunities into business.
This role is suitable for someone who has already had some exposure to sales, business development, client servicing or corporate-facing roles and now wants to grow in B2B sales.
What You'll Do
Generate current B2B leads through calling, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.




Speak with HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement and business teams.
Understand client requirements and budgets.
Introduce suitable corporate gifting, branding, printing and merchandise solutions.
Schedule and participate in client meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
Support negotiations and business closures.
Maintain your sales pipeline and follow-up activity.
Develop relationships that can generate repeat business.
