Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs, with proven expertise in Digital Rewards, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Programs, or Redemption Catalogue solutions. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can build strategic client relationships, manage the complete sales cycle, and consistently deliver revenue growth. Designation: Sales Manager, BFSI Industry - 2 Position
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and enterprise clients.
Present Digital Rewards, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Program, and Redemption Catalogue solutions to prospective clients.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client onboarding and API integrations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
