About Naaya Studio
Naaya Studio is a design-led ceramic lighting brand creating handcrafted lighting for residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. We work with architects, interior designers, hospitality professionals, developers, retailers and design-led clients.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager – India to drive our growth across the Indian market.

This is a hands-on sales and business development role with a strong marketing component. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building relationships, generating opportunities, developing project specifications and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies across India.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, hospitality professionals, dealers and design retailers.
Generate new business through networking, direct outreach, referrals, exhibitions and industry events.
Drive specification sales and get Naaya products included in residential, hospitality and commercial projects.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and follow-up.
Prepare presentations, quotations and project proposals and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects, trade accounts and strategic clients.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, product presentations, workshops, exhibitions and design events.
Work with the digital marketing team to generate qualified leads and strengthen Naaya's presence within the architecture and interiors community.
Maintain CRM records, track conversions and provide regular sales and market reports.
Travel across India for client meetings, project consultations, exhibitions and partner development.

What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
Robust B2B sales experience; 3+ years preferred.
Experience in decorative lighting, interior products, furniture,
