Boketto is a premium travel and experiences company creating curated group experiences, corporate offsites, retreats and experiential getaways for teams across India and internationally.

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Corporate Offsites who can help us build and grow our corporate business vertical.

What you’ll do

* Identify and reach out to companies looking for corporate offsites, team retreats and employee experiences.
* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals and your own network.
* Connect with HR, Admin, People & Culture, Founders and decision-makers.
* Understand the company’s requirements, budget, team size and objectives.
* Pitch Boketto’s corporate offsite experiences and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Prepare and share proposals, itineraries and commercial quotations.
* Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
* Negotiate commercials and close high-value corporate deals.




* Maintain solid relationships with clients and generate repeat business/referrals.
* Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure the experience sold is delivered smoothly.

What we’re looking for

* 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / business development.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
* Highly persuasive, confident and target-driven.
* Good at building relationships with senior decision-makers.
* Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
* Experience in travel, hospitality, events, MICE or corporate offsites is a strong plus.
