We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, social compliance audits, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be experienced in employee lifecycle management, SEDEX/SMETA audits, labor law compliance, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and practices aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead the preparation, coordination, and closure of SEDEX/SMETA and other social compliance audits.
Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.




Ensure compliance with applicable PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Factory Act, Labor Laws, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee files, statutory registers, registry books, compliance records, and HR documentation.
Maintain compliance dashboards and ensure records are readily available for audits and inspections.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and service providers as required.
Manage office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational support.
Support management with workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and process improvement initiatives.
Foster a professional, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Admin
