Role Description
Managers play a critical role in driving political and campaign strategy as part of project teams within active electoral campaigns. Working closely with both the internal organisation team and client representatives (typically political parties), they help shape, plan,



and oversee the end to end execution of campaign strategies.

They are responsible for coordinating with field teams, managing on-ground operations, and engaging with key stakeholders across constituencies, districts, and states. Regular interactions with political leaders, party functionaries, and campaign staff at multiple levels are a core part of the role.

While the position offers unmatched exposure to live political strategy and decision making, it also demands a high degree of professionalism, including strict confidentiality, strong client management skills, and consistent performance under pressure.

The nature of political work means irregular hours including evenings and weekends and frequent travel should be expected.
