(A) JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and talent acquisition activities.
The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail,



and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open positions and hiring requirements.
Assist in preparing and publishing job descriptions and job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and next steps.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS with accurate and timely information.
