The Manager – Resource Mobilization & HNI Partnerships is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi . This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mobilize resources, with a particular focus on cultivating and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), foundations, and corporate partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential donors, preparing proposals and presentations, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to stakeholders. The manager will coordinate closely with program teams to align fundraising initiatives with organizational priorities, track fundraising performance, and maintain a donor database.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills and Resource Management capabilities to plan, prioritize,



and optimize fundraising and partnership activities.
Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to engage HNIs and other stakeholders, present Bhoomika’s work effectively, and build long-term relationships.
Knowledge of CSR, philanthropic trends, and donor engagement strategies in the Indian context.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, management, development studies, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communities, with a strong commitment to social impact and equity.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; working knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
