Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, in office role based at Bloom’s property in Gurugram. This team member manages daily front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The role involves answering phone calls,



managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The Front Office Associate supports guests with information about the hotel, local area, and services, while ensuring that reception and lobby areas are kept organized and welcoming. This position requires consistent adherence to company standards, timely issue resolution, and a strong focus on delivering a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
Front desk operations capabilities, such as Receptionist Duties and Check-in, to manage arrivals, departures, and guest requests efficiently.
Professional Phone Etiquette to handle calls, reservations, and inquiries clearly and courteously.
