Job Overview

Design Crew is looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented *Sales & Marketing Executive* to generate new business opportunities, handle client communication, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into successful projects.

The role involves both office-based and field sales activities, along with participation in exhibitions and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
* Design Crew will provide leads*, which you will be responsible for contacting, following up with, and converting into clients.
* Generate additional leads independently through cold calling, networking, references, social media, market research, and other sales activities.
* Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services such as branding, graphic design, packaging design, social media marketing, digital marketing, and other creative solutions.
* Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain solid client relationships.




* Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with potential clients.
* Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain and update the lead database with call, follow-up, and conversion status.
* Submit regular reports regarding lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
* Coordinate with the internal design and creative team after successful client conversion.
* Field work is an important part of the role. One day every week will be dedicated to field sales, client meetings, networking, and lead generation.
* Visit potential clients, businesses, and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
* Actively participate in upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities on behalf of Design Crew.
* Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business contact
